  I don't know the format, but try some search terms in Google and you might find something.

  It would be easier if you explained the origin of the format. It sounds familiar to me, but I can't quite place it.

  Searched google alot, found nothing at all
  About the origin, i found the filetype when i was looking for papermodels ^^ though the o3d is from games etc. (you extract a model from a game an runs it through a papermodelling software that crates a pattern with texture on papers that you print and build XD)
  Though i think i might have spotted the filetype in FlyFF (game) maybe.
