Milton Keynes in the UK is a town known for its scrut. It tries to be soemthing its not. Im not sure if you were all there when I exsplained the word "Chav" at quakecon..but Chav basically stands for "Counsil house and Violent"....Milton keynes is a well known centre for thes "Chavs".

Its basically saying the embrassment factor of saying your from "Fucking" is similar to saying your from "Milton Keynes".
