I've been listening to Amon Tobin a lot recently. One track that I'd recommend checking out is "Four Ton Mantis," a very cool song IMO.

i pick a random fairly hard track from my EXTENSIVE LIBRARY, and then just loop it for a good week or so... after awhile my brain drowns out sound, the music... its just noise and i get into a trans state where time and space don't matter, there is nothing but the tast at hand and its completion... I must make the most badass model ever... it is all that is, before me is a monitor and it is the only barier, through which I create... it is almost like being high...

Well now add NIN's new album. I finally picked it up. I don't know, the first single I heard from it was a real turn off (Although now I enjoy it...go figure) which is why I didn't buy it back in may(May was it's release date right?). Though the album is really enjoyable.

a lot of Japanese stuff, jpop/rock/metal. the music and lyrics(wheter translated or just the sound/rhytm of the voice) tends to inspire me more than any english speaking band ever has.
