If I use a custom mask for my mesh, and then later I tweak it and re-impot, I have to go and manually slot it back anywhere it was used.
This is very annoying, and I may forget where else it was used, so I have to look through all the mask layers to find it.
Same goes for base maps like normals, curvature etc. Every time I re-import them I have to manually drag them into texture sets.
Is there a way to automatically update reimported textures?

Assuming the reload resources plugin doesn't work...
When you import a resource. Import it to the session (not project or library) and label it differently with every iteration. Don't reload the resource, import it again and assign a new label
That allows you to easily find it using the library filters and when you close painter, only the version you are using will be saved with the project.
Why is such a simple feature so convoluted? Why not just update everything on re-import like every other software does? Or at least have a button, if they don't want it to be automatic for whatever reason?
Now I know where the button is for updating resources. Cheers!
