Hello Community!
This is my first post here. Ok, so the problem is that while Radial Blur works fine in Designer, it appears not to work so well in Painter, or maybe I am missing something.
While one can set up noises in planar, UV, or other projections, it cannot be done with blurs. Those work flat on UV tiles. How to overcome it?
I have tried all combinations [1] and [2] to no avail.

It's not impossible but the maths are hard
In terms of actual implementation... Do the sums in designer, publish it to painter as a filter and off you go ..
I'm curious now ...
