I'm currently working on a knight character inspired by a concept from Christian Villacis, and I wanted to share my progress with you all.
I'd love to hear your thoughts or feedback
spend more time establishing primary forms. The proportions seem to be off; try making the head smaller and the shoulders broader. Don't render the face, the darkness inside the visor of the concept is intentional. Not all edges are rolled; you can remove the rolled edges in the breathing holes and the edges of the cheek plates that are touching the visor. Rolled edges are for protecting the user and providing rigidity. Add the same trim that's on the pauldron to the helmet and cuirass to be consistent. Less scratches; steel is tough.
plates will not articulate here, they'll be stopped by the haute guard.

Hey , thanks a lot for the feedback,it's really solid, and I appreciate it a lot.
You are right on pretty much everything. I had a bunch of references, but I was mostly focused on matching the concept art.
I’ll try to fix what I can with the time I have.
Also, big thanks for sharing those references, super helpful !
