Best way to tackle this mesh in a subd way ?

Hey everyone, I am modeling a ww1 aircraft engine cylinder. I have those fins on the top I would like to attach to the main shape.

However as you can see I don't have enough topo on the fins to blend in the cylinder. Adding extra edge loops to the cylinder would make pinching. The quad cap seems like not the best topo as well ?
How would you do it ?
