[WIP][UE5] Stylized Study Suite

Been working on bunch of scenes for updating my portfolio seriously. This is one I started last night, based on a awesome concept from FION LIM
Here is my current scene in Blender after 1 sitting:
I really like the Architectural Sketch look .. so I will keep the textures the same.

Slight improvement over the previous. But I pretty much have the minimum required proxy meshes, to establish the layout. Now I can start making the higher quality final assets, and start setting up the lighting in Unreal. Notice how the beam above the staircase adds 'interest' and 'feeling of realism' to the overall scene.
Further improvement, recently started working on this again.
Not a big difference visually compared to previous wip render, but polished the meshes for final painting. And UV unwrapped 90% of the stuff. Cleaned up any loose geometry and added some nice bevel at various places.
6 meshes remaining in modelling, hopeful to start painting tomorrow.
Finished Modelling and UVing part. Can now go over to painting in substance

After some feedback, I decided to went for a less exaggerated version of the FOV distortion. I readjusted the proportions, and slightly adjusted a few things. Re-UVed, cleaned and brought it back into painter. With some flat colors to get me started.
Flat colors in place, now I can put in the details. Been sick for a few days.
