Hi everyone, here's my issue: there are 3 models (a horse, a knight and a weapon) BUT when I apply a new light, it affects on only 2 of the models and the 3rd one remains dark.
How to fix this?
Hi! Can you attach the affected model (or part of it) for people to take a look?
Else more information is needed: e.g. material setup, normal map used, mesh had transform applied + no inverted faces?, ...
Hi! here is an attached file of the dragon model.
Indeed it has flipped normals on the inside of the helmet but that's it.
All transforms are applied and also I attach all materials for the model.
@marynamaievska the normals appear to be inverted on all faces. Flip them in your 3D app and give this another try.
All transforms are applied
Hm, doesn't look like it when I open the blend file/model.
Thank you everyone who helped me, thanks to you I've just found the solution! @Fabi_G @EarthQuake
I had to apply (Ctrl + A) Rotation & Scale to the dragon model and only after that action to flip the normals.
Without applying the rotation & scale flipping couldn't affect the normals somehow.
Now light affects all objects.
Yeah sorry I thought you meant the modifiers.
