Title pretty much says everything. I'm looking for actual game assets that I could study in order to gain a better idea of what kinda topology I should be doing in my own personal work. I'm not sure where to look. If I were to go on sketchfab or similar I wouldn't know if they're good examples or not.
I was looking at Albion Online assets but I could only really find renders of products on artstation so I'm looking for that kind of top down stylized style. Any ideas where I could check?

Not topdown stylized but definitely good for learning topology etc.

I had a really good time inspecting models in HL Alyx (by launching the workshop tools instead of the game), great stuff, both on props and enviro work.
Just search for ripped 3d models, i am sure Albion online also has a few on sketchfab and other sources.
Also Albion online is Unity based, so chances are you might be able to 3d rip content for yourself :)
As long as you use the ripped models as a way to study and not ( as quite a few people have done already ) post on Artstation and claim it as your own that is.
I like to use https://p3dm.ru to study Model Topology and UV Layouts.
Of course Erics suggestion would be just as great because Epic released all their Paragon models on the Unreal Store , there you can get a really good look at how their shader setup is , export the models or textures to take a better look at them.
Well thats a given, imho
There could be some to learn about asset hierarchy, collision meshes, LODs, and other things from the GTAs modding editors:
Here's one

Also seeing how assets are combined / instanced, understanding why/how some share drawcalls etc. How terrain and buildings are modelled and split and combined etc.

She has excellent breakdowns of in-game characters.

Her channel is amazing and I 100% recommend everyone serious about game-art subscribe. She's a phenomenal artist, and I had the privilege of working with her and learned an incredible amount.
