I've decided to go with a new theme. I need some feedback on what to improve, add, etc.
These are the images of my model. Im going for medieval/western, so i have a steam train mixed with a medieval type theme.

A couple things. You posted in General Discussion, but you're seeking 3d modeling feedback, so I moved your Topic to the 3D section.

For your particular model, it would help to see reference images of what you're inspired by or the style you're trying to match.
It's a bit hard to see your model since the images are low resolution and have a lot of compression artifacts.
I'm trying to understand how this vehicle would function. How does it steer/turn? Who controls it and where do they sit? How large is it compared to a human? When vehicles are not designed well, they don't look great, because the mind gets confused and distracted by the illogical parts.
I don't see how the size is relevant for the questions. Reference images arn't needed because I came up with this on my own. It does not steer, that's the question I am literally trying to figure out with this post. I dont know how to get high resolution picture, a guide would be useful.
What software are you using?
Good 3d models tell a story. To tell a story well, the model needs to be designed. To design well requires researching similar types of objects. I hope this helps you.

But references ARE needed. This is why you're having trouble figuring out how to steer those wheels. Study real vehicles, learn how steering systems work on similar types of vehicles, then go creative and apply that research when designing your own models.
