Quick question regarding eyelashes and eyebrows

Okay, when making eyelashes and eyebrows for characters, do other artists bother with making an ID map? I can understand its need for regular hair with how thick and dense hairstyles can be, but is it something that's generally used for eyelashes and eyebrows? The clumps I've made are pretty thin and light, but then I guess, the hair cards are going to be overlaying a lot when building them up.

Okay. As it's a personal project and I'm practising, I've gone ahead and done it. :)
