Zbrush unable to open ztl

hi,
so i was working on my sculpt and suddenly next time after i started zbrush i can't open my project ztl file.
i got these 3 messages straight one after another:

i have read this topic, unchecked "read only" box and still can't open my file.
IIRC, zbrush does have an increment save system. Check in lightbox for "quicksaves" or something like that. I thought that on shutdown it autosaves but maybe I misremember. I do know that by pressing 9 it quicksaves, so you should be doing that.
yeah quicksaves are your only hope here. if a file is busted. its gone :(
i suggest to save and backup often
Yeah, don't save project files. just tools. Make a start-up document for your canvas and dump an object into it with a basic material. Also there is a functional reason why I have quicksave set to 3 and the sliders are maxed. Project files get big fast anf zb cant handle them for long. So once again just save tools and do like the guys above me said, save incrementally.
