Hey guys, I'm trying to achieve a result similar of this concept art,
but I'm not being able to get this lighting and atmosphere in my scene inside ue4, as well as make the scene look so big like in the concept as you can see here
Do you know what could I do to maybe achieve this result with the models that I already created? I'm knew in ue4 so I don't know how to make this better and I couldn't find a tutorial that help me with this specific problem. Also the vegetation is steel in progress and will be add for the scene in the future.

Hi, I really don't work with UE some time ago, but in general if you look for a god-ray ambient light, you may utilise a/some plane/s with transparency texture that simulate clouds obstruction for a sun light (direct light) or a spot light with a texture map. In general this is the most simple way to achieve god-ray effects. In UE you have a cloud object if my memory is not too bad but I don't utilized UE for a long time ago.
Sun position/rotation in your scene isn't the same in the concept art, take a note about the shadow in the foreground and maybe you need to reduce the intensity of the light and utilize secundary lights for achieve the reflection lights/shadows.
It's very tricky to make the scene as the concept art.
Thank you very much for the feedback and tips! I followed what you said and changed the sun light position and a lot of light/shadows settings, plus added new lights for the scene so I could achieve a better result. For the god-ray I used in the end a cone with a texture map so I could have a better control.
Thank you for the video, it helped me a lot with the understanding of lighting inside UE!
