Zbrush doesn't unwrap model properly

So I am trying to unwrap my head, and I painted the areas where I want the seam to be. However, no matter what I do, the seam will not go up the back of the head. It just creates a seam at the chin. Does anyone know why this might happen?

Have you tried to paint red everywhere UV seams shouldn't be ?

I alwaya found this buggy, had to redo it several times and do clear maps or something. bit of a pain really

Unwrap in Zbrush is just an interface decoration . As many other buttons . Nobody unwrap there.

Just bring this into whatever DCC you have, it'll have a million times better of an unwrapping system. Yes, zBrush pelts uv shells nicely sometimes, but inherently it's so loose and finicky in zbrush, you're just asking for some wonky and unoptimal UVs. Something as delicate as a head/face unwrap should be manually done.
