strange black spots on baking

Hello, what those could be due to and how could I do to remove?

The empty space is to be filled in future by other stuff.

Straighten your uv's, it'll take care of most of the issues, rebake with 4x4 antialiasing, see results

wich ones should i straighten ? Is there a easy system to straighten in 3dsmax without having to go manually vertex by vertex? also what if the texture ratio gets distorted in stretching?

All of them, and you'll only get a little bit of distortion by straightening them out - but the benefits of no artifacting/tidier bakes outweights that.

You can straighten uv's easily with these tools up here
