Hey everyone,

Currently looking at boosting my portfolio, I wanna specialise in lighting and game environments, thought I'd just share my current greybox and ask if anyone has any suggestions or tips? My artwork is being based off an amazing artists concept piece, link below!

    So far I like your blockout! Gives me Ghost Of Tsushima vibes! I do feel like your trees could have more height and scale variation though. I think it'd look really interesting if you had a select few taller trees peaking out from the shorter ones in spots.

    I agree you with you totally with the trees! I would love to try and make some traditional Japanese trees for this scene, I tried using some procedural foliage systems for the trees and that gave me some interesting results with the mixing so I might have to revisit it!

    Definitely challenging to do good trees and vegetation in general. I don't yet have any experience with trees so I probably will learn SpeedTree when it comes to that for the scene I am doing.
