I'm happy with the clean geometry I have maintained so far:

Instead of trying to be accurate to the 2D reference, I'm purposely making some changes to it. I plan to animate and render this inside UE4. Possibly with a character.

Added some scope for seat-belt system, besides a few minor ratio adjustments.

Update:

Making these 'even' cuts on curved surfaces, without messing up the geometry was pretty challenging. But I'm glad that now the model looks significantly nicer:

Added the engine, and some more finer tuning. With this most of the outer body stuff is done.
