Nicely done. I like that his features are asymmetrical. Makes him look more real.

Too much equal specular makes him look kinda plastic.

I think it's a good job so far, but I'm agree with kanga, it seems platic figure now. I suggest to add a little bit of SS and a map for the specular. I could try to modify the scars also, they look too heavy height and I could add more details inside (maybe it's better add them when you adjust specular and roughness)

great work so far, I do agree he looks a bit plasticy, also... is the material on the gun handle (I assume its wood) could use a bit more love. Keep at it tho!
