The notmalmap looks inverted in some places. Have you generated dx or opengl normalmaps? I believe ue4 uses dx so you need to flip the green channel.
Also, there are some normal issues that might or might not be solved by the above fix.

Hey Teodar! I exported it as Direct X. Some Normals do look inverted. Like the writings on the body. Thanks for letting me know! It's weird cause they look fine in substance painter. Here's the Normal map I used for the body. I tried to invert it but it flips the scratches and the writings separate. Thanks for letting me know!

Theres an option in ue4 under texture properties to flip the green channel.
