Zbrush UVs are upside down. You can fix that when you export the textures.
Also don't bake normals in zbrush, they come out shit

And nope, Zbrush is terrible for baking I know. The problem could be in exportation from Substance

Sorry, didn't spot that it's flipped both ways
The mesh you use in painter and the mesh I'm seeing there have different UVs - they're flipped horizontally. Could it be a issue wit transforms? Negative scale for example
Can you explain the pipeline? I assume zbrush - painter - zbrush
