1. have i gotten down the important furrows, forms and landmarks of the face yet? what else am i missing? (ignoring the ears)

2. what can i do to make my sculpt feel more life-like and a believable human head?

3. profession-wise, how much further am i from the standard of "hirable" for gaming studios?

heres the update after zremeshing and toughening up the secondary forms. hope this is better for the eyes now

well first things first, what are you using for reference? because i get the feeling you might not be using good ones. If you don´t have nice refs already then grabbing images from a scan such as this one would be the first step https://www.3dscanstore.com/3d-head-models/male-head-3d-models/male-05-head-scan-cleaned .

For a more simplified observation of the head, I would break down your sculpt and regress it to the Planes of the Facee.

The Asaro Planar Head is available for download in several locations. I'd take a look at that and recreate it.

Hi, I would recommend using front and side photos of head for reference. Closely replicating them would help. Also turn on perspective when sculpting.
