generic facial anatomy in need of critique/feedback - pls help

1. have i gotten down the important furrows, forms and landmarks of the face yet? what else am i missing? (ignoring the ears)

2. what can i do to make my sculpt feel more life-like and a believable human head? 

3. profession-wise, how much further am i from the standard of "hirable" for gaming studios?
