What is wrong with his face?

I've been trying out creating human heads for about 4 days now, and I've made a lot of progress, but I've reached a point where I can sense that something is wrong, but I can't put my finger on what.

I know that there are many things wrong, the nose, the lips might be a bit weird, a lot of weird things going on with the topology, like on the chin for example. But even if I ignore all of the that, it feels like something is off about the eyes. It seems that for some reason, even other than the ones mentioned, it looks off. What would you do to this model to make it more realistic?

are you sculpting this from the top of your head or are you using references?

Like above, look for some references for a real head (good quality photos from front, side and some angles) or work with a mirror next to you. Try to find how different elements of the face correlate with each other.

Extra tip, when sculpting a head always add ears and at least a neck.

I'm using poly modeling for basic form and topology and sculpting for details. I am using references.

there is no need to polymodel heads these days, I would start by sculpting from a sphere and when you have a nice base retopo for nice topology if you need it.
