Tiny UVS in 3ds max

So note sure if this is the right place to post this. but I just got back into 3ds max and im relearning how to use uv maps, I was unwrapping parts of my model and i used the reset peel button to get rid of default seams but when i did so the other elements got rearranged and shrunk down to be really tiny and i cant seem to resize them back to their original sizes.
Not sure if this image helps but the white dots to the right of the circle are the uvs for the rest of my model, no clue how they became so small and now i cant restore them.
