How Did You made that Leaks and Damages step from House Breakdown?
Is it 2nd UV chanel detail/Floating Geometry/UE's Deffered Decals?

@Zuorion thanks! I have created a separate decal page for leaks and damage and then applied to floating mesh placed very close to house mesh.
