Fighting animation critique needed!

Hi! I was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on this animation I've been working on, specifically in terms of timing and posing, but really I'd be interested in any thoughts you have on it, thanks again!

    I'd recommend posting to Syncsketch for easier critique. The timing is a bit slow and floaty. Try looking at reference in games or other pieces of animation for timing you'd like to achieve.

    Hey, I like the clarity of the poses, what threw me off though was the weight inconsistency. His idle has a lot of overlap which makes the character seem heavy, but on the following attacks the body seem to freeze on impact like all that weight just vanished.
