How and what programs do you use to make things like holograms or lightning
Hello everyone, i'm new to the 3d modelling scene, and i'm trying to make a skin for the game warframe. I just want to know, how to make the orange part shown in the picture below, glow or make it holographic, similar to the holographic bits on next picture.
I was planning to draw lines and symbols similar to this one, but i have no idea what programs or techniques to use.
Oh, and feel free to tell me what you think of my model (wip), since it's my first one ever.
