Looking for concept artist for Monster projects

We need a skilled concept artist to do give us rough/thumbnail sheets of various monsters for our projects.
You would see all of your work realized into miniatures!
We would need rough design sheets of at least 5-6 designs/thumbnails per sheet and a final grey scale of our choosing.

We can pay around $25 per sheet.

We will need quite a bit of monster designs done and want to find a regular concept artist that has time do devote 20-30 hours a week.
We have multiple projects and work will be indefinite for the right candidate for the job.

Requirements:
- Professional anatomy skills and knowledge
- Ability to transfer reference images/ideas into coherent original designs
- Meet deadlines and produce sketches at a good rate
- Being able to clearly show intended designs via B/W sketches
- Being able to design unique monsters
