I've always liked the stuff from Synty Studios. https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/profile/Synty+Studios
They put out some good looking, quality content that is available on the Unity and Unreal Marketplace. They have A LOT of content. I keep waiting for someone to make game out of it all.
