ground shadows

Hi All,

I am working on a interior scene and trying to get some nice soft overall lighting along with some shadows.

I have enclosed a bake, lighting only and a wire frame showing my current light setup.

Is the way I set up the lighting the way you guys would go about doing it or is there a better way?

I wouldn't have lights pointing up, is this to get more bounce light on the ceiling or something? I would just incrase the indirect ammount of the spotlights or overall lights to get more lighting filling into the space. also make sure your lightmass bake settings are tuned, I have some pointers in this tutorial here at around the 6 min mark.
