    It sucks that companies treat people like this, luckily there are studios even big ones that treat people well.

    Very true. Telltales problem was it got holed in pretty fast since its hook for every game was the same. 
    More QTE event than actual gameplay and working with licenses can be quite a challenge since there's so many factors that influence popularity.
