Head sculpt (Zbrush) critiques and feedback, please!

Hello everyone, I´m new to the digital art scene.

I started about four years ago with 3DS Max and Maya, and I than moved to Zbrush.

I hope to find a job in the 3d industry as a character artist.

Right now I'm focused on head sculpts like this one, I'm trying to improve.

I hope to get to the point where I could apply for a job in the industry.

I wish to get some feedback and criticism from you.

Please give feedback and suggestions to improve, thank you!

Do you have anything to add about your model , is this anyone specific , random imaginary person ?

Have you use any reference to this point ?

Whats the polycount of your model ?

I suggest you begin your corrections with head shape[more specifically with the skull] and how neck connect to the head using image below then you can check on nose length
