I'm a triangle, what does that mean?

So it says "triangle" next to my username. Does this mean anything? I am sorta new here so apologies if this has been explained somewhere already.

To me it's mostly useful to see if someone's null or not (the lowest rank, someone who's just registered). If they make a thread announcing something like a product or service while on null rank, that's usually a sign of a "drive-by posting" and not someone who's active on the forums (there's special cases ofc).
