Hi, there still some time,, but i think i be done texturing,,like PBR

There's definitely more space to flesh out the organic skin of the model. Looking at the SKetchfab model, it's all just one mass of blackish grey. Differentiate and plan it out. What do you want to be bone, skin, etc.

Really cool model. I agree with Brian though that a little variation on the mostly black skin could take it up a notch. A curvature map to highlight the edges just a touch is something I've found helps add a little more interest to my leathery surfaces while not looking tacked on or taking an undue amount of time to implement.
