   I have sunk in the craters on the side of the skull to begin shaping the head.

  Using a front angle of the head, I am now shaping the complex shapes that I will sink inward later.

  After modeling the eyes and head shape, I have now extended towards the rest of the head.

  After modeling the front and the back separately, I have now merged both models into one to create the final product.
