[SOLVED] Artifacts When baking normals in substance painter

I'm trying to bake normal map and I'm getting artifacts at the seams.
Every help is welcome, files included:

    For starter, set dilation width to 16. There is not enough padding around the seams and very likely some filtering grabs the "empty" pixels. Also I recommend Marmoset 3 for baking. It gives you control over the skew direction of the surface.

    Suggesting other software doesn't really help..

    99% of normal bake issues come down to padding, uv splits or  mesh normals.

    Read the sticky threads on the subject, absorb the information and you'll be able to fix the problems.

    yes the problem was the padding, but it did not work on the substance painter, so I installed the latest version and it worked
