[Maya] Changing the flip axis of Mirror Skin Weights.

Hi,
Is there a way to change the flip axis of the mirror skin weights? Correct me if I'm wrong but at default it is +X to -X. I want to change it to -X to +X instead.

P.S. The mirror command does not have the dialog option box beside its name so I was wondering there must be a different way to access the option.
