Favorite Maya Plugins for Modeling?

Hey guys,

What are your favorite plugins for Maya modeling? A lot of the tutorials I see show custom tools and I'd love to see the best/most popular ones out there for efficient workflow.

NightShade UV has saved me countless hours of my life:

CreasePlus - Really good plugin which can save alot of time. Automates GoZ workflow between Zbrush and Maya and has real time boolean preview.

I've been using and developing these tools for about 17 years. A lot of my friends and coworkers swear by them. They have been used in professional game development, feature film, and the automotive design industry. A number of 'polycounters' are using them as well.
