This is art from a first attempt at a Demon Poppy skin I did awhile back. I will be redoing this and changing the armour/look of it a good bit.

Got the hammer done via box modelling. Finished a small amount of retopo. Much more to be done.

Got everything to low res and will move on to the UV'ing phase. Will post a UV sheet soon.

Here is the first pass at paint. May tweak it some and do more work on the hair for sure. Next have to pose, maybe?

Sorry I didn't see this earlier. You already have it baked and low poly so wont go into the anatomy errors, but I think you over saturated the textures a bit. You don't want to muddy it up and lose the hand painted details. Find some contrast.
Great job getting to this stage though!

Agreed that the saturation was over the top. Really not sure about yordel anatomy... Here are low poly and texture sheet. Also, one view of high poly sculpt.
