London Mobile Studio looking for a Lead Artist! | Unity iOS

The mobile games studio I work at is looking for a new Lead Artist. We're a fairly small UK studio in the heart of London, and I can honestly say that it's a group of talented people that are tremendous fun to work with. 

The most sought after skill for this role is probably a deep experience with Unity in a studio setting. We are very interested in someone with experience with Unity’s UI system, animation system, and the technical pipeline. If you can show any UI work that would be fantastic.

However nothing is set in stone and a great lead without some of these skills will still be considered.

"We’re looking for a talented, experienced and knowledgeable Lead Artist to

join us in our London office. This hands-on role will require managing and

working closely with the in house Art Team and Developers in order to design

features, create and implement 2D/3D game assets and user interfaces in Unity

for our game Dig That Gold.

About the Role

A successful candidate must have robust experience in creating, mantaining,

implementing and animating 2D, 3D and UI artwork: specifically, must have a

deep understanding of Unity’s workflow and tools."

For this role you must have:

• Industry experience in a studio environment.
• Ability to manage a small team of in house and outsourced artists.
• In depth knowledge of User Experience, User Behaviour
• demonstrated UI work
• In depth knowledge of Unity and a technical understanding of the Unity framework
• Experience with git Source Control and management tools

• You must be eligible to work in the UK, on site.
• You must have a portfolio to be considered.
