1) Your material definition seems a little too similar at the moment, everything looks like it's made from the same thing
2) Your values could definitely be pushed
3) Anatomy is off - I get that this is stylised, but the hands stick out as bad
4) No sense of gesture or weight dispersion - he has that staff, but he's not leaning on it or using it to walk?
5) Owl wings are a bit jarring
