Is there a way to do that with Substance Painter? That effect being made via de specular, am i right? I have no idea
@Macebo you can probably achieve that effect if you to a radial blur of some grainy texture and put it in your normal and gloss at a low value. You generally don't want it in the specular in a material as these are just microscopic ridges from brushing the metal. The reflectivity in those ridges wouldn't change, only the micro-topology of the surface.

Pannel lines, easiest way to do the highlights is a modified curvature map blended over the texture.
Thought I'd try giving this old thread a try. I've been trying like hell (hours....and hours...) to create some kind of slush/slurpee texture using V-Ray. The closest I could get to aint very pretty.
Basically I tried using a mixture of Blend material, with V-Ray Fast SSS (I think I'm missing some serious expertise on using SSS, as I feel this would be a good starting point but I haven't managed to get it to work), and stochastic flakes.
Any insight as to how you guys would tackle the case would be greatly appreciated!

That seems to me that it would be similar to a very chrome-like material. So essentially, a highly glossy and reflective metal.
