I was able to spend some time posing, and texturing. He's starting to come together!
Im going to try to push sketchfab as much as I can, but in the end I'm thinking that marmoset will be the way to go. I like their shaders a lot more model
I don't think you have used up your polycount right? I would spend some more around the eyes just to make them more smooth.
I'm also a little bit concerned over the colour on the hands. It looks like he's dirty, where I think you were looking to get the shadow between the fingers? Try to make it less saturated maybe?
I ended up moving to into Marmoset, I feel that it has a lot more control, below are the final images that I submitted. I also changed the eyes from a texture to Geometry. I also have a Marmoset viewer file, but from my understanding I cant embed it here

I agree with the polycount comment, I'm going to have a higher res model.
As far as the hands the intent is to look dirty. I imagine this kid running around the dirt a lot.
I small update still working on the textures, in zbrush I have the old eye textures.
Starting to wrap up the Challenge, this is my current status
