I updated it to match ron lemens version closer after some feedback and studies using it.
Ear placement tip : the head needs to be able to wear glasses
That does make me think about what is a better way to make a reference like this. Idealized proportions of the face, or something actually based on a single real sample point?

And of course the refraction through the lenses could very well affect the perception of eye placement too !
Could you do a quick Photoshop to show what you mean? Sorry i think I'm being a bit dense here
EDIT: ah i think i know what it is,
I think it's just that the eyeballs are a lil too high, not that the ears are too low.
I'll post some of mine tonight.
