but finally i found some time to continue working on that piece
i hope i will find some time in the upcoming week to finish the highpoly
c&c is very welcome
as always c&c is very welcome!
I love the concept! I wonder if you saved any sketches, any other ideas you had going into the character.
Shapes are strong, but something nags me about his right arm, maybe there's some simple way to balance it against the shield, or contrast it more. Maybe play with the color of the black band?
Looking forward to see where you take this one!
His right arm is one of the problems i'm facing right now. Another one is the entire back of this caracter. But i will figure something out and keep this post updated
working on the highpoly. slowly but steady, but i'm getting there
i do agree with you guys but right now i just want to finish it xD
and with no reference i had no idea what to put on the back... maybe it looks interesting as soon as the textures are done.
this is just die color map. right now i'm blocking the materials and try to get a feel for the dirt etc...
On my artstation profile you can see the model inside marmoset viewer and some additional shots
what are you using for texturing?
basically photoshop
so mudbox to paint the mask für the dirt and scratches.
