  Have you updated your graphics card's driver since then? And if not... If you do update it, does it fix the problem?
  
  Beyond that, all I can recommend is restarting your computer, which sometimes fixes some of Maya's display weirdness. But if that doesn't work, I'd think it's the driver.

  Thanks for the reply. All of my drivers are up to date and I restarted my machine with no luck. I'm gonna try reinstalling Maya and see if that helps.

  SOLVED: Looks like all I need to do is change the display settings to DirectX 11.
