I have been learning Substance Painter And the Substance Painter-made material is introduced into the Unreal 4 for rendering. Has made some small progress. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0AKr3Cswd54
The meshes look really great...even if the lighting isn't finished, i really love the mood. I hope you will put some lighting from the windows (blue-ish with shadows on the ground).

I'm building a scene model. Now you see that the mesh details are actually normal maps. After the model is completed. I'll change the light.
The architecture and mood gives me the creeps! It's going to look great with the final lighting. I'm also curious how you made such exquisite normal maps. I can't wait to see the finished product!

I first make the foundation of the low mode. Then according to the low mold frame. The high mode is then imported into Substance painter for baking. Final output normals and other channel maps.
fantastic, you succesfuly captures the mood of iconic re mansions the feeling of resident evil rebirth Arklay mansion is there, the lighting, the mood, the props
as a die hard classics resident evil fan, i can easily say you are nailing this one.

Yes. I'm a big fan of resident evil. Never touch 3D. Has been studying the characteristics of luxury. And now I'm making a scene like this.
Looks awesome. I'm sitting in an old hotel lobby right now and noticing on even the old wood the specular has some slight "waviness" to it reflecting the environment. Perhaps what I'm talking about has less to do with specular but more like a subtle cubemap at a low percent.
Obviously this is too reflective for your setting, especially 2nd pic but if you toned it way down in your cubemap. The first image has sort of a ripply effect when you change your position viewing it. The second image I'm specifically talking about how you can see the environment (wall lamp) and wall to my right reflectwed on the wood pillar

Thank you very much for your guidance. According to the picture you provided. I have the photos in the wood texture is very smooth. Roughness is relatively low. I made the wood material roughness is much higher. So the reflection will not be so strong.
Right, so in your environment the reflection would be much less but a tiny bit of it in my opinion would push your materials to the next level. Just a subtle cubemap.
Your material work is fantastic. I really love this!
This is just a part of the demo scene. Yes, I and the team really make a new experience demo. We will be in the right time to fully open the project, but now I can only share the beginning of production.
Really great progress, the lighting is working well to show the material definition. I can see some Rococo style furniture fitting into this scene. Looking forward to seeing more!

First shot looks really nice. But I cant really see much on the rest of them.
Are you working in a very dark room?
EDIT: The sun is shining here, so could also be that.
The only thing that bothers me is the liquid on the floor, I feel like that should be visibly seeping into the cracks of the wooden planks.
Love the rococo paneling especially
