[Maya/WIP] Fill my holes : quad fill tool

Saw an interesting script by Swordslayer on quad filling, decided to try one for Maya 
nothing out yet so don't get too excited 
but it's almost done.Should be available in both ADN Modeler Tools and CreasePlus, soon
Only thing that remains to do is the circle filling stuff as it' based on edge loops, but i'll get back to that later, have other stuff to do now ^^'

With a lot of background checks, i'd say this script still needs a bunch of things to be done in order for it to work globally. I have no idea if i'll get back to it atm, so can't promise anything in that regard
