I have this problem where the textures apear as tiny tiles instead of a single big map.

Reimport using 2k texel density in the Reimporter for DDO.

it was set at 2k by default changing it didnt fix the issue, but thanks for the suggestion.

To clarify, you've reimported it and set it to 2k density? If it still looks like that, what do your UVs look like?

Yes that's what i did, i've had this problem happen with other models, but some work just fine. this is the uv layout.

I send it as via google drive since my internet is a bit slow and it's easier to upload it that way, you can right click the folder and select download to get a zip of its content.

Could I get your mesh and input maps too? Without them I can't reimport this project to test some variables.

I took a look at your input maps and mesh and was unable to reproduce this issue on my end. I'll suggest creating a new project and seeing if it continues. One thing to note is that your input normals are significantly tiled as though you used a repeating texture across them - you might want to look into using DDO's textures to add surface detail like that and use your normals to give soft edges to your model.

I took a second look at the normal, and that was the normal that ddo produced, i got them mixed up, i didn't use an input normal, and then i added a "blank" one to see if that would fixed it, but it didn't.
